SHOP QUESTIONS

  • Instead of shopping through a traditional retail e-commerce website, we are providing an exclusive experience to our clients where our clients can buy directly from our trade sources. Our curated collection allows you to access items that are not offered through traditional retail sites, and allows you to easily shop for an entire room design at once, saving you time and effort of building your room piecemeal.

  • SideDoor is our coordinating partner for all purchases on our shop. We use them exclusively when purchasing for our clients and are now happy to offer a service where you can buy directly from them! They handle all the transactions, coordinations and customer service support questions regarding your purchased items.

  • Threshold delivery is always included in our pricing! However, when purchasing furniture or larger items that are difficult for one person to move, we always recommend selecting the White Glove service.

    White Glove: White Glove Delivery includes bringing in the delivery to the desired room, unboxing, and removal of all the packaging material. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service.

    Threshold Delivery: Threshold Deliveries will be protected from the weather by placing them in the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside the closest door of the dwelling). It does not include bringing your order inside, or any assembly. For that, please add on the White Glove Delivery service during checkout.

  • Because items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are unable to take any returns, cancellations or exchanges.

    Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding the products before purchasing, such as tear sheets, additional high resolution photos, samples etc. If any items arrive damaged, please take a photograph and contact SideDoor and copy info@clairehickoxdesign.com within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or repair of the items.

  • You will be sent email updates as your order goes through the shipping process. You can also create a customer profile during the purchasing process, so you can log-in and check your order status. If you check out as a guest, you will be unable to log-in and check your order status.
